After my last year's three months stay in the Pullman, I was looking forward to come back hereto. I guess that is sufficient time to allow for a solid judgement: Let's start with the food: Great service. I had half board this time and it was every evening a wide choice and excellent quality. Famous became the Friday's fish buffet - a must! If I compare with other hotels in Dubai, it's definitely one of the best half board service you could find. If we are honest to ourselves, hotel rooms are more or less the same all over the world. What makes the difference is the service and team's service attitude. It's the way, how you are welcomed, recognized and treated as a guest. It's the way not to be treated as any of a million. The team in restaurant Medley is the global benchmark for that. Lots of thanks to: Mr Asad, Mrs Shamila, Mrs. Sarah, Mr Rishav, Mr AraFin, Mr Mohsin, Mr Prince, Mr Patrick, Mr Oussama, Mr Amjad and the honest Mr. Ali in room service.

I booked the executive standard king size room with my two kids. The Philippine lady at the executive lounge desk sorry forgot her, She is so wonderful and welcomed me and my kids with full on smile. She told us information about everything.we didn’t know we have an afternoon tea included in our room. She even sent us fruits and chocolate plated dessert and fruits.Guys you have no idea how we were delighted. Couldn’t tell you how much it was sweet of her and we loved it all so much. Thank you so much. Just the house keeping people need to be more attentive in answering calls and following guests requests to be on time. Hassim at the concierge is good in helping us put our luggage and getting taxi all the other staffs didn’t get their names but I still have their smiling faces at all of us. Thank you so much for making us feel so special. BF for the two days was good but same choice it’s still very good.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport for our flight home. We had a lovely stay here, the room was a great size, tea, coffee and water provided. Access to a great shopping mall via the 2nd floor. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Great rooftop pool with really comfy sunloungers. Staff at check in and check out were so lovely and helpful. Mortaz in particular offering for us to extend out check out time if we wished to do so, this was such a lovely gesture and not one we have been offered in any of the many hotels we stay in, we have had late check outs but only after we have asked, it was so nice to be offered the extra couple of hours if we wanted it, a very thoughtful gesture and excellent customer service from Mortaz (sorry if I have spelt your name wrong)

The simplicity of everything, The kindness and professionalism of the staff, The hotel’s location, Its proximity to a variety of service spots. All of these guarantee a truly comfortable stay. I extend my sincere thanks to the respected Mr. Jihad for his outstanding efforts and excellent management. Thanks to the hotel management for their warm hospitality. Thanks to each and every staff member I truly wish I had known about this hotel earlier. I apologize for not mentioning names individually, as there are many employees and I’ve forgotten most of their names. They all have my deepest gratitude. It was a wonderful experience that I will certainly repeat soon. My appreciation and respect to all.

The hotel is well maintained. The front desk staff are really nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds and pillows are soft, comfy and clean. Beds are just amazing, I had great resting time there. The layout of the room is convenient. Washroom was clean and well maintained. Amenities like toothbrush, shower cap etc, are provided . Coffee/tea are complimentary and also the room has mini bar with peanuts, chips and drinks for an additional fee. The hotel has direct access to the mall which makes it super convenient.
